The Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Polpetta (4" x 48) is a compact, powerhouse cigar that delivers serious flavor in a short, no-nonsense format. Inspired by the Italian word for “meatball,” Polpetta is built using premium tobaccos and select remnants from larger-format blends, it features a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, paired with a Mexican San Andrés binder, and a blend of Nicaraguan long-fillers. Despite its size, this cigar punches well above its weight with a bold, medium-to-full-bodied profile featuring espresso, dark cocoa, earth, black pepper, and a touch of natural sweetness.
Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust is known for meticulous blending and uncompromising quality, and the Polpetta is no exception. Rather than treating this as a budget or throwaway cigar, the blend is carefully constructed to deliver a complete, satisfying experience using high-quality tobaccos that maintain the brand’s signature depth and balance.
The short format produces a concentrated, flavor-forward smoke with an easy draw and consistent burn. Expect a quick but rewarding session where notes of roasted coffee, leather, and spice build rapidly, finishing bold and satisfying.
The Polpetta is perfect for smokers who want big flavor in a short time—compact, intense, and unmistakably Dunbarton.
