These 3-in-1 instant matcha sachets pack finely milled Jeju Island matcha with creamer and sweetener into seven travel-ready packets, making it easy to enjoy a fragrant, café-style matcha latte without measuring, mess, or separate ingredients. Each serving delivers about 29 mg of clean caffeine and a delicate umami note, formulated in Korea as part of the Clöud Café BT21 collaboration. Use them hot, iced, or as a base for creative drinks—mixing technique affects flavor, so dissolving in hot water first yields the smoothest cup.
How quickly can I make a matcha latte with these sachets?
Preparation is designed to be fast and fuss-free: tear, pour, and stir. Most cups are ready in under a minute whether you prefer hot or iced, and the sachet acts as a concentrated base so you can tailor strength and creaminess.
- Hot: dissolve sachet in 80–120ml hot water and whisk until smooth.
- Iced: dissolve in 20ml hot water first, then add 60–90ml cold water and ice.
- For creamier texture, substitute part or all water with plant milk.
- Adjust liquid volume for weaker or stronger flavor.
What makes the Jeju matcha in these packets special?
The matcha is sourced from Jeju Island, a region known for its volcanic soil and mild climate, which contribute to a naturally fragrant, finely milled powder. The formulation aims for a balanced, non-bitter profile and a gentle caffeine lift suitable for everyday enjoyment.
- Specialty-grade Jeju matcha for aroma and smoothness.
- Finely ground powder to minimize grit and bitterness.
- 29 mg caffeine per serving—lighter than most coffees.
- Formulated in Korea for consistent flavor across packets.
Can I personalize the sachet into different drinks?
Yes—each sachet is a versatile base that adapts to many recipes. Use it straight for a simple latte, or build layered and flavored beverages with milks, syrups, and toppings for a café-style experience at home.
- Add almond, oat, or soy milk for creamier texture and subtle flavors.
- Mix with cold foam, whipped cream, or flavored syrup for a specialty treat.
- Blend with ice and banana or chia for matcha smoothies.
- Use as a baking or dessert flavoring for lattes, puddings, or pancakes.
How should I mix the packet for the smoothest flavor?
To avoid any bitterness or clumps, begin by dissolving the sachet in a small amount of hot water before adding cold liquid or milk. Vigorous stirring or whisking breaks up powder aggregates and releases the matcha's aromatic oils for a fuller taste.
- Dissolve in 20–80ml hot water depending on hot or iced preparation.
- Use a small whisk, spoon, or milk frother for smoothness.
- Add cold liquids or milk after the powder is fully dissolved.
- Adjust sweetness or strength by adding more liquid or syrup.
